Evangelion, Ultraman, Gundam and even Hello Kitty are now visible in augmented reality from Google

Augmented reality has come to stay and Google constantly proves it by adding new augmented reality elements available from its search engine. What initially began as 3d animals, has now led to iconic characters such as Ultraman or Hello Kitty. This is the complete list of new characters available.

List of new available characters:

  • Evangelion.
  • PAC-MAN.
  • Taiko no Tatsujin.
  • Ultraman.
  • Ultraman Zero.
  • Gomora.
  • Ultraman Belial.
  • Gundam Odysseus.
  • Gundam Penelope.
  • Xi Gundam.
  • Cogimyum
  • Hello Kitty.
  • Little Twin Stars (Kiki and Lala).
  • Pompompurin.

How do see all these new models in augmented reality?

To access all these models, all you have to do is enter their names in the Google search engine from an Android phone. When doing so, a new search result will appear, with a button with the option to “View in 3D”. When you press this button, a preview of the different characters will appear, along with the option to view them in augmented reality.

What can we do?

In addition to viewing all these figures, along with all those that Google had previously added, we can also take photographs (pressing the circular button that appears on the screen once) and videos (keeping the same button pressed)
