Poco X2 is finally updated to MIUI 12.5

MIUI 12.5 has finally started to be released for Poco X2, which brings interesting news and improvements for users.

Now it’s time for Poco X2 to take advantage of this support and have a new and important system update.

MIUI 12.5 is released for Poco X2

The Poco X2 arrived in February 2020, the smartphone becoming the manufacturer’s first by revealing that it would be becoming independent from Xiaomi, meaning that Poco is free to launch handsets and even compete against Xiaomi.

ow the Poco X2 is finally being updated to MIUI 12.5, previously the device had already been updated to Android 11.

With the new update, which took a long time to arrive, users will finally have the latest customization features from the manufacturer.

The MIUI 12.5 has many new features, the owners of the device will receive greater performance, which already appears thanks to the dedicated thread for gestures, which improves the response speed of the touch and carrying out actions.

To keep the performance always high, we have less use of RAM, it’s 32% less in applications and 20% less in overall system consumption.

Battery usage also decreases, up to 15% less, thanks to the CPU usage by system applications, which is now 22% lower.

Still talking about applications, MIUI 12.5 has fewer pre-installed apps by default, the best thing is that some of these applications can be removed when the user doesn’t need or want to free up some space.

Poco X2 is being updated in India in the stable beta version, so it will arrive gradually for everyone, the Chinese version, the Redmi K30 4G already received the same news last month.
